Clickteam Software Return Policy

Our customers are encouraged to download a demo, or read more about our products before purchasing.
Clickteam offers a complete demo version so you can be assured the product is right for you.
Please do not purchase until your sure it fulfills your needs.

Except where required by law, Clickteam does not accept returned opened software media for a refund.
Nor do we refund the purchase price of registrations and licenses for our download-able products.

We also advise paying close attention to system requirements and the OS platform(s) noted for each product. Be sure that you are running the correct operating system and that your machine and peripherals meet, or exceed, the recommended requirements.

Cancellation of your order
Please contact our office by phone prior to shipment and your order can be cancelled without delay.
Be aware we ship same day in most instances so you must contact us ASAP
.

Damaged or Defective Media
Our software media is high quality, and we exercise careful quality control to ensure customer satisfaction.
If by chance, you should receive a damaged or defective CD-ROM, Clickteam will exchange the defective media free of charge* within thirty days of purchase.

Returning Defective Media
Before returning a damaged or defective disk, you must obtain an exchange return number by sending
an email , or letter via regular mail, or phone call stating the problem with the media.

After issuing you an exchange return number, Clickteam will promptly exchange your damaged media upon receipt of the disk(s).
