URL Encoder byLIJI
URL Encoder processes text and replaces characters not allowed in URLs in their %xx form. It also includes an option to use + for spaces and an expression to get the MD5 hash of a string. Made for Jeff.

Update:

Due to a compiler misconfiguration, the output MFX files created were 100KBs big. The new versions is 24KB for the Edittime version and 14KB for the Runtime. (Thanks Jam for helping me spotting the origin of the problem)
Upgrading is highly important for the size of your project.
The new version also fixes the "Encode Control Characters" option.
